Traveling Cinema

Our Traveling Cinema was designed by the great folks at Couture Digital, London’s finest entertainment system provider. We’ve even got cinema seats and a health-aware concession stand. All of it fits neatly into one awesome van, and takes three trained volunteers less than 2 hours to set up.

Here’s an idea of some of the things we can do:

Organize film screenings for hospitalized children
Organize film screenings in orphanages, rehabilitation shelters, and homeless shelters
Screen relevant and topical films in schools and universities around the country, to be followed by discussion and debate with teachers and educators, either as a part of your curriculum or simply to raise awareness, original thought, and debate amongst students

All you have to do is work out a screening time everyone can attend, and then all we need to do is pick up the week’s film, drive up in our van, and transform your conference room or common room into a unique cinema.

Sometimes the stars and makers of the movie will be along for a chat, and sometimes, even if there is no screening, we can try and arrange for their favorite actors and actresses to come visit the children. We work hard at granting wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions and their families, such as film set visits, a day with their favorite film character, and other unforgettable experiences – so please contact us if you know of a child we may be able to help.
